About Exhibitions

We offer the very broadest range of furniture and equipment, whether for individual stands, show feature areas, public dining facilities, organisers’ offices, corporate hospitality suites or any other space which needs to be filled at your exhibition venue.

In addition to furniture hire we also provide a range of exhibition services which include draping and bespoke furnishings from our Vision Range.

Exhibitor Information

We deliver furniture to over 185 exhibitions nationwide each year at the right time, right place and right price. The furniture you choose is key to creating the right impact, from meeting areas or hospitality furniture to display counters we offer a diverse range of furniture to help make your stand look warm and inviting.

All prices quoted are for the duration of the exhibition and include delivery direct to your stand.

Stand Packages

Working closely with exhibition organisers we have developed a range of stand packages suitable for any exhibition stand of any size – these can be found in the exhibition furniture packages section. At the same time if you are looking for something a little different we have a wide selection of furniture to help make you stand out from the crowd helping to attract more visitors – this includes our popular Vision range collection where furniture is led by colour to match your corporate branding.

Dealing with last minute requests

During the exhibition build we have a heavy presence on-site where each of our crews are supported by dedicated site managers. We can take care of any last minute furniture requirements as we offer an on-site service desk facility at the majority of shows, where we are the appointed contractor to accommodate any last minute requirements.

Organiser Information

Working closely with exhibition organisers we have repeatedly pushed the creative boundaries in relation to the on-going challenges of budget cuts, shorter tenancies, and health and safety regulations. For large scale events we can also assist with high volumes of linking chairs suitable for conferences, seminars and theatre areas which comply with the latest venue health and safety regulations.
